Little Frenchies provides French language learning classes and events for toddlers and young children in San Clemente and Orange County, California. Our services include:

In-person French language classes for toddlers
French story time events
Event registration and ticketing
Newsletters and educational content

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Event Registration and Payments

Registration: Event spots are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. The price at the time of booking is the price you pay.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by you: If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations by us: If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.
No-shows: Failure to attend a registered event without prior notice is not eligible for a refund.

6. Parental Responsibility

Parents or guardians are responsible for their children during all Little Frenchies events and classes. By registering your child, you acknowledge that:

You are the parent or legal guardian of the child being registered
You consent to your child's participation in our activities
You will provide accurate information about your child, including any allergies or special needs
A parent or guardian must be present during classes and events unless otherwise specified

7. Code of Conduct

We aim to create a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for all families. We ask that all participants:

Treat staff, other parents, and children with respect and kindness
Follow instructions from Little Frenchies instructors
Arrive on time for scheduled events
Notify us of any concerns promptly

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our code of conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Little Frenchies website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Little Frenchies and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
